Glad I took a chance and tried this repair myself. Local shop wanted to charge $120 for the part and another $100 to install. I was able to do this install in 10 minutes!
Now I did already have the door panel off (if you've not removed a door panel before then add about 30 minutes) but everything was VERY easy... just loosen the two screws that hold the window in, gentle remove the glass, swap the parts (6 screws) and then put the window back in and tighten the two screws.
Done!
It works good as new!
Do a search on google with the keywords honda crv window regulator replacement and you'll get a more detailed description. If you are handy then this is an easy repair.
I didn't realize Amazon sold car parts! I own a used car lot and they beat the parts houses and even eBay at times! Glad I thought to give Amazon a try. This is as good a product as the dealers!
